What you would do

Deploy Hermes Agent Enterprise across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
Integrate enterprise APIs, data sources, and authentication systems into agent workflows
Partner with customers to scope requirements and implement solutions
Debug and resolve production issues across infrastructure and AI layers
Build reusable deployment patterns and tooling to improve speed and reliability
Collaborate with engineering and research teams to influence product direction

Must have

5+ years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience
Experience working directly with enterprise customers or stakeholders
Strong debugging skills across distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
Comfortable working across backend engineering, infrastructure, and AI layers
Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts
Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Nice to have

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or model orchestration
Experience integrating enterprise systems like CRMs or data warehouses
History of shipping customer-facing technical solutions in enterprise environments
