The role

This role embeds with 1-2 strategic accounts to architect, build, and deploy AI solutions on the monday.com platform. The engineer owns business outcomes from pilot to production, builds agents and integrations, and feeds product feedback back to the roadmap. It is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the NYC office.

What you would do

  • Embed with C-level stakeholders to architect end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Own business outcomes from pilot through full production rollout.
  • Build monday agents, vibe apps, and MCP integrations into customer systems.
  • Instrument deployments and run evals against real customer workflows.
  • Translate deployment findings into PRDs and roadmap input.
  • Partner with Sales and CS as the technical authority on account strategy.

Must have

  • 5+ years building applications from scratch using TypeScript/Node.js/React.
  • Full-stack depth in software engineering.
  • Experience leading hands-on projects end to end in production.
  • Background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering.
  • Strong grasp of AI/LLM systems including agent architectures and MCP.
  • Experience navigating C-suite relationships and influencing executive decisions.
  • Track record of turning one-off delivery into reusable assets or product requirements.
