What you would do
- Advise senior leaders on cybersecurity vulnerabilities and mitigation priorities
- Develop mission narratives and decision points for senior forums
- Lead engagements with program offices, NSA, and military services
- Translate senior-leader intent into prioritized technical execution
- Evaluate technical feasibility and mission impact of systems
- Provide cyber-operator perspective on vulnerabilities and mitigations
Must have
- Experience supporting defense acquisition organizations or PEOs/PMOs
- Firsthand experience with weapons systems or mission systems
- Experience as a seasoned cyber operator or mission lead
- Advanced cybersecurity knowledge at CISSP level or equivalent
- Knowledge of networking, systems architecture, and systems engineering
- Understanding of defense acquisition processes and leadership forums
- Familiarity with defense funding and budgetary processes
- Ability to assess operational and mission implications of vulnerabilities
- Experience translating senior-leader intent into actionable priorities
- Experience preparing and delivering materials to senior leadership
- Ability to lead cross-organizational working groups
- Experience operating in classified environments
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field
