Senior Staff Product Manager, Member & AI Experience

What this role involves

This role owns the core member experience surfaces including homepage, conversational AI, and community. The Senior Staff PM will build a high-velocity experimentation engine, define key metrics, and drive decisions from first visit through activation and retention. Close partnership with Clinical Product and AI Platform teams is expected.
