What you would do
- Understand customer pain points through meetings, support tickets, and usage data
- Translate customer insights into clear problem statements and prioritized enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering to implement product features and capabilities
- Support team success by testing features or configuring prospect demos as needed
- Work onsite in downtown San Francisco with leadership and customer teams
- Travel to Europe occasionally as required
Must have
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Understand needs and complexities of large enterprise customers
- Strong perspectives articulated clearly and succinctly
- Attention to detail and care about the little things
- Collaborative and open to ideas from anywhere
- Invest time in understanding the problem before solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship management skills
