What you would do

  • Design and optimize AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
  • Implement and experiment with large-scale language modeling advancements.
  • Collaborate with product, backend, and data engineering teams.
  • Build data ingestion and retrieval pipelines for real-time and batch AI applications.
  • Integrate external data sources to enhance LLM workflows.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices for responsible AI deployment.

Must have

  • Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in applied AI, NLP, or ML engineering.
  • At least 2 years working with LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and Agentic AI.
  • Deep familiarity with LLMs like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini.
  • Experience designing and optimizing RAG pipelines and vector databases.
  • Proficiency with ML frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch.
  • Ability to design APIs and scalable backend services in Python.
  • Experience deploying AI workloads in AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD for AI.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and develop scalable data pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Proven record of shipping robust AI solutions in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to MCP and A2A protocol.
  • Exposure to GraphRAG or graph-based knowledge retrieval.
  • Experience with tools to load balance different LLM providers.
