What you would do
- Directly manage DevOps and SRE engineers, including performance and career development
- Oversee architecture and setup of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Champion observability, monitoring, and metrics solutions for high availability
- Act as primary technical liaison between client leadership and delivery team
- Proactively identify delivery risks and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Translate complex engineering concepts into clear business outcomes for stakeholders
Must have
- 5+ years hands-on engineering experience in software, DevOps, or SRE
- Leadership experience in technical program or engineering management
- Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of coding standards and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Deep familiarity with observability stacks like Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proven track record leading technical teams
- Ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset able to build structure from ambiguity
- US citizen or permanent resident not requiring visa sponsorship
