The role
This role is for a Senior Product Designer to own and execute the end-to-end experience of key workstreams within iHerb's global e-commerce platform. The designer will lead the design lifecycle from concept to delivery, conduct user research, and partner with engineers and product managers. What you would do
- Own design of core features and critical user flows from discovery to delivery
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses
- Create high-precision wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups
- Apply and contribute to the design system for consistency and scalability
- Partner with engineers to ensure feasible, pixel-perfect design implementation
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners on design decisions
Must have
- Strong portfolio showing sophisticated UX and UI execution
- Proven ability to independently manage complex design deliverables
- Advanced interaction and visual design skills with modern tools
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems at scale
- Solid grounding in user-centered design methodologies and research
- Strong communication skills to articulate design logic and trade-offs
- Practical knowledge of front-end development principles and constraints
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Minimum 7 years professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design
- Track record in e-commerce or complex digital products
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
