What you would do
- Own the Client Communications roadmap end to end
- Translate company strategy and user needs into prioritized initiatives
- Lead product discovery and delivery with Engineering, Design, and Operations
- Define Epics and User Stories with clear scope and acceptance criteria
- Produce user journey, process, and data flow diagrams
- Create wireframes and collaborate on higher-fidelity designs
Must have
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Owned a product area from early stage through maturity
- Mastered detailed, precise, and complex product landscapes
- Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or high-accuracy environments
- Translated business goals and client needs into actionable requirements
- Partnered cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders
- Created user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes
- Proficient with Agile methodologies and tools like Linear and Jira
