What you would do
- Own the technical roadmap for infrastructure and data platform.
- Shape agentic production operations and build AI enablement layer.
- Define reliability engineering practice with SLI and SLO frameworks.
- Raise developer experience through CI platform standardization and self-service tooling.
- Drive incident command during critical outages and convert to systemic fixes.
- Own vendor strategy and infrastructure budget, negotiating contracts.
Must have
- 8+ years infrastructure or platform engineering experience.
- At least 4 years managing or leading engineering teams at high-growth tech company.
- Fundamentally changed team operations using AI, with specific examples.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and adjust based on data.
- Managed managers or tech leads and scaled a team through growth.
- Deep hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, and observability.
- Strong business acumen treating cloud spend and reliability as enablement.
- Track record of developing engineers with specific outcomes.
