What you would do
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and labor projections.
- Build and modify data visualization dashboards and reports.
- Assist in developing and maintaining position description libraries.
- Administer and manage relational databases for data integrity.
- Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets.
- Support survey design and execution across 18 IC agencies.
Must have
- Extensive experience analyzing workforce data.
- Experience building data visualizations.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Strong background in workforce analytics.
- Deep understanding of data analysis tools.
