This role owns the accelerator software for Etched's AI inference chips, spanning ASIC firmware, microcontroller platform software, and host-side kernel drivers. The engineer will specialize in one area but contribute across all three. Requires depth in firmware design, embedded architectures, and IO technologies like PCIe and DMA.
