What you would do
- Own the Americas network integration roadmap, balancing expansion, reliability, and platform vision.
- Deliver product experience on top of fragmented, legacy carrier systems.
- Define which platform features each integration can support and scope work with engineering.
- Determine if a carrier meets technical and product standards for fit.
- Identify and manage integration risks early on.
- Partner with Connectivity and Engineering to land integrations on time.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of product management experience in API, platform, or integration-heavy systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on mentality with ownership and proactive project management.
- Ability to juggle many competing priorities without getting overwhelmed.
- Excellent technical understanding of complex integration projects.
- Fluency with data analytics tools for independent analysis.
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on telecom or complex domains.
- Based on US East Coast or able to work consistently on East Coast hours.
- Enjoy working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Nice to have
- Previous exposure to telecommunications, connectivity, or network infrastructure.
- Experience building 0→1 products or working in fast-growing scale-ups.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
