Lead EarnIn's reliability maturity by embedding an AI-first operating model that uses AI to detect, investigate, and prevent production issues. Define reliability standards (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, incident response) and mentor engineers across product teams. Collaborate with SRE, engineering, infrastructure, and security to embed resilient practices.
