Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager - Reliability

What this role involves

This role leads cross-company reliability programs for Databricks' multi-cloud infrastructure, partnering with senior engineering leaders to define strategy and execute multi-quarter initiatives. The position requires deep knowledge of large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure. The Senior Staff TPM will drive adoption of reliability best practices across engineering teams.
