What you would do
- Provide technical support for customer broadcast systems
- Perform cloud engineering tasks including troubleshooting within the cloud platform
- Automate DynamoDB table updates
- Provide input on troubleshooting toolsets
- Perform installations, configuration, and operations of broadcast equipment
- Handle system administration tasks such as patching and server installs
Must have
- Experience with cloud-based networks requiring high data security
- Experience with AWS and cloud services including API configurations
- Experience with programming languages including Python, Linux, C++, and Windows shell
- Experience with operating systems such as Linux and Android
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, C++, and Perl
- Experience with system administration including Linux RHEL, patching, and server installs
- Experience with firmware upgrades and testing between firmware/patch levels
- Experience with cloud engineering including medialive and automating DynamoDB table updates
- Experience troubleshooting within the cloud platform and providing input on toolsets
- Experience with analog and digital communications including satellite, terrestrial TV, AM, and FM radio
- Experience with video codecs, streaming technologies, and video encoding equipment
- Experience with IP network routing and switching
