What this role involves
Cognition, the applied AI lab behind Devin and Windsurf, is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to build and operate the compute, orchestration, networking, and platform systems that power their AI agents. The role involves owning agent execution infrastructure, building developer platforms, driving reliability and observability, and scaling with the product. Ideal candidates have deep systems engineering experience, cloud and container expertise, and strong software engineering fundamentals.
