- Lead development of complex data platforms and cloud-native data services.
- Establish engineering best practices for AI-assisted development and data quality.
- Evaluate emerging data technologies and guide technical adoption.

- Design scalable data architectures balancing security, performance, and business objectives.
- Lead technical implementation for complex data engineering initiatives.
Must have
- Deep expertise in data engineering and cloud-native platforms.
- Expertise in distributed systems and data governance.
- Experience with technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
- Ability to design scalable data architectures.
- Proficiency in AWS-based data platforms.
- Experience with REST APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven integrations.
- Knowledge of data quality, testing, and security standards.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and architecture reviews.
