What you would do
- Architect and manage Ceph and WEKA storage solutions
- Optimize IOPS and throughput for hundreds of GPUs
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates for storage deployments
- Monitor performance to ensure low latency and data integrity
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with teams to tailor storage to workload needs
Must have
- 7+ years managing enterprise storage systems
- 3+ years with Ceph or WEKA in production
- Deep knowledge of object, block, parallel file systems
- Understanding of RDMA, InfiniBand, NVMe-oF
- Proficiency in Linux and Bash/Python scripting
- Experience tuning performance for AI/ML workloads
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, KVM
- Strong troubleshooting in multi-tenant environments
Nice to have
- Experience with AI model training storage IO patterns
- Familiarity with NetApp, DDN, VAST Data solutions
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, Terraform
- Knowledge of data governance in AI environments
