This is a leadership role managing two existing engineering teams: Clinical Integrations and Data. The manager will own the technical direction, roadmap, and delivery of clinical data pipelines, from EHR integration to query-ready data and dashboards. The role requires experience managing teams through full performance cycles and owning production data platforms with regulated data.

What you would do
- Lead and develop two engineering teams
- Own hiring, feedback, performance, and career growth for engineers
- Set operating cadence including planning, retrospectives, and tech debt reviews
- Hold the technical direction from EHR integration to modelled layers and dashboards
- Manage shared roadmap and dependencies between the two teams
- Set responsible-use guardrails for AI-assisted engineering, especially around PHI
Must have
- Managed engineering teams through a full performance cycle
- Owned a production data or systems-integration platform end to end
- Experience with regulated or sensitive data environments
- Led delivery across two or more teams with hard dependencies
- Hands-on ability to answer questions in SQL and dig into data tooling
- Brought AI-assisted engineering practices onto a team with guardrails
- Comfortable with health equity work and applying that lens to priorities
