What you would do

  • Lead and grow a team building web and mobile applications
  • Contribute directly to system architecture and code
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Drive execution across the full software development lifecycle
  • Set priorities and allocate resources for project delivery
  • Resolve technical and organizational challenges across teams

Must have

  • Experience managing frontend TypeScript and React teams
  • Experience managing mobile Flutter engineering teams
  • Ability to operate as a Lead Engineer in area of expertise
  • Strong understanding of deploying web and mobile applications
  • Experience with systems integrating backend services and hardware
  • Excellent communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Leadership style thriving in in-office collaborative environment
  • Willingness to spend time in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
