What you would do
- Design and build scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric
- Implement medallion architecture for data quality and consistency
- Develop transformation logic including cleansing and standardization
- Migrate Python-based workflows to Fabric-native solutions
- Ensure data governance with validation and traceability
- Optimize data processing for near real-time reporting
Must have
- 7+ years in data engineering or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components
- Expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines and data architectures
- Proficiency in SQL or Spark-based transformations
- Experience with data quality, validation, and lineage
- Experience with large complex datasets in cloud
- Ability to modernize legacy data processes
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
- US Resident and US Citizenship required
Nice to have
- Experience with Python for refactoring transformation logic
- Familiarity with Azure data ecosystem and integration
- Experience supporting near real-time data processing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
