What you would do

Lead CMMC Level 2 certification readiness and operational management
Ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-53, and DFARS
Validate and enhance system architectures for CUI protection
Design and manage supply chain cybersecurity risk assessment framework
Deploy and operate enterprise security solutions like firewalls and EDR
Establish and manage lifecycle of security policies

Must have

Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related IT field
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity
High-level understanding of enterprise security tools and architectures
Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and EDR solutions
Knowledge of CMMC Level 2 requirements
Understanding of NIST SP 800-171 and NIST SP 800-53
Familiarity with DFARS requirements
Experience managing security infrastructure operations
Ability to lead CMMC certification readiness

Nice to have

Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP or CISA
CMMC-related credentials such as CCA or CCP
Prior work experience in Defense Industrial Base
Experience with major federal and defense contractors
Hands-on experience with AWS GovCloud or Microsoft GCC High
Experience building defense security architectures in cloud
Proven experience with CMMC C3PAO audits
