About Blissway

Blissway is a startup that simplifies toll collection and improves highway safety using deep tech, AI/ML, hardware, SaaS, and IoT. They have a lean team of less than 30 people and have built a technological lead in the tolling industry.

What you would do

  • Own the entire ML pipeline from data collection to production monitoring.
  • Decide which problems to solve and take them from raw data to deployment.
  • Build and test models on real roads using owned field hardware.
  • Process 11 million images daily for detection, segmentation, and classification.
  • Select between classical computer vision and custom state-of-the-art models.
  • Deploy models to both cloud and edge hardware with efficiency constraints.

Must have

  • 2 to 6 years of software engineering with ML/CV focus.
  • End-to-end experience taking models from raw data to production.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on ML skills.
  • Experience owning models beyond the notebook: trained, deployed, monitored.
  • Real computer vision depth and judgment on classical vs heavy models.
  • Ability to write production-quality code and train/debug models.
  • Comfortable working across both software engineering and ML.
  • Experience with modern computer vision techniques.
  • Willingness to work 55 hours per week on average.
  • Adaptable and willing to help other teams when needed.
  • Detail-obsessed with experience in physical world systems.
  • Fast learner, proficient in Python or TypeScript.
