What you would do
- Set technical direction for the frontend
- Ship user-facing features end to end
- Build interfaces that stay fast with live market data
- Own performance, responsiveness, reliability, and interaction quality
- Debug production issues across browser, network, and backend
- Evolve frontend architecture while keeping it simple and maintainable
Must have
- Deep React and TypeScript experience
- Excellent programming and debugging fundamentals
- Track record of shipping fast, reliable, polished products
- Sharp product judgment and eye for detail
- Comfortable with high ownership in fast-moving environment
Nice to have
- Frontend performance work: render cost, memory, bundle size, jank
- Real-time data over WebSockets with high-frequency updates and backpressure
- State management at scale using Jotai and TanStack Query
- Charting, virtualized lists, or data-dense interfaces
- Debugging production issues with logs, metrics, traces, browser tooling
