What you would do
- Design and productionize GenAI solutions using foundational model APIs and frameworks.
- Optimize and scale GenAI solutions, including embedding optimization, for customer problems.
- Collaborate with DevOps, AI, and software engineering teams to integrate AI models.
- Debug AI-generated responses and ensure smooth software functionality.
- Assess AI-generated content for bias, accuracy, and compliance.
- Measure model performance and recommend scalable improvements.
Must have
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 7+ years developing AI algorithms or technologies
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience with Git/CI/CD pipelines
- Based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Value quality over speed
- Strong curiosity for scalable GenAI deployment
