What you would do
- Own end-to-end development and deployment of agentic LLM applications.
- Design, build, evaluate, and ship production-ready AI systems.
- Partner with founders to define product direction and solve business problems.
- Collaborate with Engineering to build scalable AI infrastructure and tools.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and user experience through iteration.
Must have
- Bachelor's/Master's with 5+ years industry experience in finance, biotech, or tech startups.
- Or PhD in quantitative field with 2+ years industry experience.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications with prompt engineering and analytics.
- Experience transforming large-scale unstructured data into production solutions.
- Ability to collaborate across Engineering and Data Science teams on system architectures.
