Staff+ Software Engineer, Experimentation

What this role involves

This role focuses on owning the technical strategy and roadmap for configuration and experimentation infrastructure at Anthropic. The engineer will design and build scalable distributed systems for feature flagging, dynamic configuration, and A/B testing to improve developer productivity. They will define standards and tooling for safe rollout of config changes and experiments across research and production workloads.
