What you would do
- Develop deep expertise in security, safety, business continuity, IT, and operations personas
- Interview customers and prospects continuously to produce specific problem statements
- Maintain a clear view of current problems and opportunities for 12-24 months ahead
- Track industry trends, AI landscape, and competitive field for roadmap implications
- Own the roadmap for new AI capabilities, deciding what to build, defer, or decline
- Shape strategy and positioning for a product still being defined
Must have
- 4+ years of product management experience owning a product end to end
- Experience taking a product or major capability from zero to one
- Prior experience with agentic or AI-native products like workflow automation
- Working understanding of AI and LLM-based capabilities in product design
- Systems mindset thinking in workflows, dependencies, and triggers
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort with incomplete information
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills for technical and strategic conversations
- Comfort with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software
- Collaborative, no-ego approach managing multiple priorities in fast-moving environment
- Resourcefulness to keep going when the path is not clear
- Energetic, empathetic, and earnest with record of delivering quality work on schedule
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines
Nice to have
- Experience in critical event management, emergency communication, security, or safety
- Experience with product enablement or go-to-market support
